Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Cultivating leads through Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), developer channels, open-market outreach, and existing bank/branch databases.
- Customer Assessment: Reviewing the financial standing, CIBIL scores, and property/business viability of prospective borrowers before handing files to the credit team.
- Team Management: Mentoring, training, and tracking the productivity of on-roll and off-roll sales officers to ensure location/cluster targets are met.
- End-to-End Processing: Overseeing the entire loan lifecycle—from login, documentation, and technical/legal evaluations to final disbursement.
- Portfolio Health: Managing collections, resolving delinquent cases, and controlling Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) to ensure a profitable loan book.
Strong local market knowledge and catchment mapping.
