Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities in the IT services and software
· solutions market.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer
· customized solutions.
· Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
· Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
· Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure that client requirements are
· well understood and delivered.
· Negotiate and close sales contracts in alignment with company targets.
· Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for
· upselling and cross-selling additional services.
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM tools with customer interactions and
· opportunities.
· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the
· IT/software industry.
· Good understanding of IT services and software solutions.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
· Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
