This is to notify that on registering, you become a member and enter into a contract with work4u.in. Also, all Guest users who access work4u.in are hereby bound to follow all the Terms and Conditions as set forth.

Read the terms and conditions carefully before you start to access the work4u.in Platform.

Jobseeker and Employer Terms -
  • The use of this website by anybody shall be considered a final acceptance agreement to all the terms and conditions.
  • The website allows Employers to view the Jobseeker's profiles and contact them. work4u.in does not provide any experience certification to their registered members.
  • work4u.in will take necessary precautions to secure all the details of the Employers and Jobseekers but will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to the information provided by either party.
  • Members should provide a valid mobile number and email id while using the website.
  • Members should not provide any false information or information that might impersonate someone else.
  • It is hereby notified that work4u.in is not responsible for any data loss or damage. Also, they are not responsible for any physical or financial loss or damage.
  • work4u.in Privacy Policies are part of the Terms and Conditions. Thus while entering the contract, you allow us to have the control to handle your profile data.
  • The management reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification.
  • These Terms will be subject to Indian Law and the jurisdiction of Indian Courts.
  • We have no provisioning for Consultancies and Placement Agencies. Any payments made will not be returned under any circumstances.
  • No political and illegal content will be accepted in the profiles created on this Platform.
Helpers and Users Terms-
  • The term "Helpers" refers to members (Unorganized Workers) who have registered to offer paid services in daily wages or monthly salary at the local level. The hired can either be permanent or temporary. It refers in-person to all members employed as Cooks, Maids, Laborers, Babysitters, Peons, Delivery Boys, Drivers, and all other Unorganized Workers added to this Platform over time.
  • The term "Users" refers to all engaged with the Platform hiring and connecting with the local Helpers looking for work opportunities with the locality.
  • There is no registration Fee for the Helper.
  • The Helper must provide all their details at the time of registration, and all the information will be treated as per the Company's Privacy Policy.
  • When you receive any calls from users, it is suggested to attend the call and meet the User to understand the requirements of the job and salary in detail.
  • We aim to provide a technology-led Platform connecting Users with potential Helpers (as available near the search location) against a nominal fee. Additionally, the Platform allows Users to communicate with potential Helpers actively looking for Work.
  • The Platform helps the User to get connected with the Helpers of the respective niches. Other than providing the Contact & Basic Details of Profile, the Platform does not offer any other services. After sharing the details, this platform is no more obliged for anything or holds any liability regarding any of the parties. However, Services shall be made available to the Users only after paying the prescribed nominal fee.
  • The Company that is operating the Platform is not an Agent, Agency, or Contractor of the Users or the Helpers in any way. The Platform does not provide any liasioning service between Helpers and Users. The Helpers and the Platform does not share any Employer-Employee relationship. Therefore, the Helper's services are subjected to a separate preview between the Helper and the User. Under no circumstances will the Platform or the Company will be a member of this relationship. The Platform does not undertake any responsibility of the Helpers as well as users.
  • The Company reserves the right to alter the Convenience Fee and the Number of Contacts/Connects to be passed on to the User.
  • Users should check that the correct application is downloaded on their devices. Also, should ensure that the device is compatible with the application. The Company does not have any liability if the above is not satisfied.
  • By using the services of this Platform, you also agree that:
    • You will use our Services for your personal use and not resell them to a third party.
    • You will not transfer or assign your account to any other person.
    • You will not use our services for fraudulent or unlawful uses.
    • You will keep the account password confidential.
    • You will follow and abide by the applicable laws of the country.
  • Users would be responsible for conducting the Background Checks and Self-Verification on the Helper. They would take the final call to hire the right person for the Helper's Work to perform. The Company may assist the Customer in engaging with a third party to conduct professional Background Checks on Helpers. However, in such cases, there would be extra and added charges from the fee that they have paid the Platform, which is separately payable to the third party, routed via the Platform. The Company takes no responsibility if the Helper whose Background The third party conducted verification Check indulges or engages in any illegal activities.
  • The User must be 18 years of age above while using this Platform. Agreeing Company's rules measures as an authorization to the Company that you are 18 and above and authorized to subscribe for and use the Services available through the Platform and agree to and abide by these Terms of Use. Also, you stand as a warrant that in no manner are you barred from receiving more above services under Indian Jurisdiction.
Government Jobs Terms-

For government jobs, we only offer the information about available jobs on various government websites and the candidate applying for the job will be directed to the concerned site for job registration.

REFUND POLICY

There is no refund policy available for the Registration Fee given for using the services.
